Architect, city planner and designer, Jean-Michel Wilmotte was born in 1948 in Soissons (France). He founded his own architecture practice in Paris in 1975. Jean-Michel Wilmotte is recognised for his eclectic approach to architectural design and for continually striving to design and create with the highest quality materials and detailing.

Emeritus Professor in the School of World Art Studies at the University of East Anglia where he was Director of the World Art Research Programme. In 1997-99 he established the division of Research and Academic Programs at the Clark Art Institute, Williamstown Mass.

Dr. Arquitecto y Licenciado en Derecho. Catedrático de Universidad. Actualmente imparte docencia en las licenciaturas de Arquitectura y de Ciencias Ambientales de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid y en varios cursos de postgrado en diferentes universidades. Es miembro del grupo de investigación Arquitectura y Urbanismo más sostenibles (GIAU+S) y de Comité Científico de la Asociación Sostenibilidad y Arquitectura (ASA).

Karim André Hendili is architect DPLG (French state graduation) with a master degree in cultural heritage conservation (focus on the Arab region). He holds a position of Programme Specialist at the Arab States Unit of the World Heritage Centre (UNESCO HQ’s, Paris) and is the coordinator of the World Heritage Cities Programme.
